Free airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi are two nice perks of this hotel. The location is convenient and near popular attractions. the staff is friendly and accommodating which made for a pleasant stay.
The rooms are worn and need updating. The bathroom was not cleaned well and had an unpleasant smell.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The staff are friendly and make you feel like family, always there to assist you. The location is ideal, very close to the different malls in the central part of the city.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, being close to the Robinson's mall and in the central part of Gensan near the Gaisano mall. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable with big beds, and it was a nice touch to have breakfast included.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The hotel has a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was decent. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning in the room.
Our overall experience was not great. the hotel is quite old and rundown, with stained bedding and tiny ants in the rooms.
